Biography
Tom Joe James is a software developer and founder & CEO of FOS Automations. He leads the development of internal software products and automation systems, with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and system-driven solutions.
He has hands-on experience designing and implementing web applications, data-driven workflows, and API-based automation systems. His work includes contributing to software projects associated with organizations such as Dewesoft and Creative Event Organizers, where he developed structured, production-oriented web platforms.
Tom is currently pursuing a BS in Data Science from IIT Madras and a BSc in Computer Science from B. S. Abdur Rahman Crescent Institute of Science and Technology, strengthening his foundation in data systems, algorithms, and applied computing. In addition to his development work, he is a co-author of a published research paper on web browser security, focusing on cookie encryption.
His leadership approach emphasizes long-term thinking, disciplined execution, and building systems that are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
